Terms of Service — Pro Wallet for IOTA

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Pro Wallet for IOTA website and extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Self-Custody & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up and safeguarding your mnemonic recovery phrase and private keys. The Operator does not custody funds, cannot reverse blockchain transactions, and cannot restore lost keys.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or as a one-time lifetime license. You may cancel recurring billing at any time via your extension account settings.
